A very secure door

This is a door with its own great security! A huge piece of rock! It's so funny!

A noughts and crosses door

On a Sunday stroll, Alice found this noughts and crosses door. It's not the most impressive door, but she likes the purple nought and cross on the green door.

Eye doors

Another fascinating building in Berlin. Alice doesn't know the style of the building, but she loves the door. She loves the lines and the cat eye like windows. Is this an example of Art Deco?

Doors of As

Alice found another door in Berlin: The Doors of As. It used to be the doors to a public library, but now it is only an empty building. Alice recognizes some languages, but it's quite fascinating to see A or the sound represented in different languages. A total of 117 languages!

Orange door

After such a long time, Alice found some interesting doors again! This one is taken in Shamshuipo, Hong Kong. Alice has to apologize for her photography. It was taken with a Digital Harinezumi, so she is not very good at centering the picture. There is no preview button, so Alice can't see whether she is actually aiming at the right angle or not. Perhaps this is also the beauty of the little top camera!

Anyway, it was a grayish day and the red building stood out among other old buildings. The orange door is absolutely spectacular!

Church door

Alice found this church door somewhere in Lisbon. She just loves the ornated arch over the door.
The door itself appears to be the prototype of doors in Lisbon - heavy wooden doors with 3 panels of pattern. It is quite difficult to take good pictures of doors in Lisbon as Alice was constantly standing on a slope or uneven cobble surface in narrow streets. It is difficult for her to get the picture to be right in front of the camera. Of course, the cobble streets are part of the charm of Lisbon.

Red Door...

Alice took her new toy camera Digital Harinezumi to Lisbon and found this red door. The camera is quite amazing because the colors came out very vividly. The fact that it is a digital camera/video camera also allows impatient Alice to see/upload her pictures immediately.

Alice found this red door in Lisbon, near the Castle of São Jorge. There are not many red doors in Lisbon and Alice just thought this door looks really impressive. Inside the door is a courtyard, then another red door. On the front door, the word 'palace' indicates that this may be a special building, but Alice couldn't find any information about it. It looks like one of those secret society from The Avengers TV shows.

What secret soceity operates behind red doors?
